体験型古民家宿

　We, old Japanese style house "tabinoya", take farm-inn style where the host and guest cook and eat together.

　The host and guest cook and eat local traditional cuisine, which is in the west of central Shizuoka prefecture. Almost all the ingredients are the local products here.

　Our main dish is Japanese yam soup, the specialty of Kakegawa. Try it with broth of mackerel and miso-broth of dried bonito, shiitake mushroom.

　Also seasonal vegetables, fruits and fresh fish will be served depending on season.
